About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Artificial Heights, LLC (“Artificial Heights,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with artificialheights.com and pages that link to this policy. It does not govern third-party websites, products, or services that may be linked from this site.
By choosing to contact us, you provide information voluntarily. Merely visiting this website does not create an account, client relationship, or obligation to provide personal information.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information reasonably needed to operate this website, protect it, and respond when someone contacts us.
- Information you provide. If you email or call us, we may receive your name, contact details, organization, message, attachments, and any other information you choose to provide.
- Standard technical records. Our hosting, Cloudflare delivery and security services, and related infrastructure may process Internet Protocol address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referring page, performance measurements, security indicators, and similar server-log data used to deliver, measure, and secure the site.
- Correspondence. We may retain communications and related records when needed to respond, maintain business records, or protect legal rights.
This website currently has no account registration, contact form, checkout, or payment collection.
How We Use Information
We may use information to respond to inquiries; evaluate potential projects or business relationships; operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the website; prevent fraud or misuse; comply with law; enforce our rights; and maintain appropriate business records.
We do not use information collected through this website to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Cloudflare for network delivery, security, and privacy-focused browser performance and web analytics. The Cloudflare browser beacon may process page and performance measurements, while Cloudflare’s network may process standard request and security data. Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics does not use cookies, browser local storage, or browser fingerprinting to collect usage metrics. Cloudflare’s handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy.
The site also loads IBM Plex Mono and Inter through Google Fonts. When a browser requests the font stylesheet and files, Google receives standard request data such as the Internet Protocol address, requested resource, browser headers, and timestamp. Google’s handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy.
Our site code does not currently use advertising pixels, cross-site behavioral tracking, or browser storage for advertising. Because the site does not use “Do Not Track” signals as a technical control, those signals do not change its behavior. If our practices materially change, we will update this policy and, where required, provide appropriate notice or controls.
Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to communications, maintaining business and security records, resolving disputes, and satisfying legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Retention periods vary according to the nature and sensitivity of the information and the reason it was collected.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information; receive a copy of information; or object to or restrict certain processing.
To make a request, email contact@artificialheights.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. You may also opt out of non-transactional communications by replying or contacting us at that address.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No transmission, storage system, or security measure is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive personal, financial, health, identity, authentication, or payment information through ordinary email unless we provide an approved secure method.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, services, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate notice when required by law.
